Organizing a symposium on “Parental Charity” in cooperation with the Community Police

Organizing a seminar on (Parental Charity and Benevolence) in cooperation with the Community Police
Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar, and the supervision of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Maqsood Adel Mahmoud, and in order to achieve the objectives of our educational institution in openness and cooperation between it and the relevant institutions, our college, in cooperation with the community police in the district, organized a seminar on “Parental Charity and Charity”, which was delivered by:
1- Dr. Salah Fadel Abdul-Jabbar.
2- Mr. Ali Fener Khattab (Colonel in the Community Police).
3- Mr. Hashim Mohammed Mahmoud (a member of the Community Police).
4- Mr. Ghazwan Habib Said (affiliated with the Community Police).
The seminar aimed to:
1- Raising awareness of the importance of parental righteousness in Islam and its role in strengthening family and community relations.
2- Providing an accurate interpretation of the Qur’anic verses and hadiths related to parental kindness.
3- Encouraging participants to act on the principles of charity towards parents with practical examples from reality.
The seminar concluded with several recommendations:
1- Everyone should abide by the commands of the Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) regarding the righteousness and charity towards parents.
2- Calling on children to be patient in dealing with their parents, especially during periods of illness or old age.
On the sidelines of the visit, Mr. Brigadier General received the members of the Community Police in his office in appreciation of their continuous cooperation with us and their effective role in our beloved judiciary.
