About the College

The College of Health and Medical Technology is considered one of the important colleges in technical education, As the College of Health and Medical Technology occupies a unique scientific position in the academic scientific community locally and in the Arab world and plays an effective and influential applied role in the technical, Health and medical field, thus meeting the needs of society and the requirements of the labor market. Based on the above, it was completed. Establishment of the (College of Health and Medical Technologies/Al-Dour) in 2023, with two departments (Physical Therapy Technologies and Optics techniques) for the purpose of meeting the need of health institutions for the aforementioned specialized cadres at the level of Salahaddin Governorate, With scientific specifications and standards.

As well as preparing cadres to work in these institutions and supporting the private sector in this field, and developing the teaching staff and students in the fields of scientific and cognitive research, which are the scientific balance of the department and other institutions, as well as expanding the horizons of scientific cooperation with technical colleges, corresponding departments and related institutions in a way that achieves continuous giving and interaction, And high quality.
