About the College
Health and Medical Technology is one of the important colleges in technical education, as it occupies a unique scientific position in the academic scientific field. It plays an effective and influential role in the technical, health and medical field, thus it meets the needs of society and the requirements of the labor market. Based on the above, the (College of Health and Medical Technology) was created in 2023, with two departments; (physical therapy techniques and optics techniques) for the purpose of preparing specialized cadres to work in health and medical institutions at the level of Salah Al-Deen Governorate. According to scientific specifications standards, and to develop the teaching staff and students in the fields of scientific and cognitive research, which is the scientific base of the department and other institutions, as well as expanding the horizons of scientific cooperation with technical colleges, and related institutions in order to achieve continuous high-quality and interaction.

Objectives
- Offer advanced health technology programs in fields such as Optometry, Physiotherapy, and other planned disciplines, in line with academic and professional standards
- Operate educational consultation clinics that provide physical therapy and visual examination services to citizens under expert supervision, involving students in health programs
- Keeping up with the latest scientific developments in the fields of physical therapy and optics specializations in developing countries.
