She has extensive experience in teaching physiology courses and academic supervision, which has given her a deep understanding of vital functions and their applications in the health sector. Her research interests focus on the study of human organ functions and their relationship to modern medical applications, and she seeks to apply her scientific expertise to the development of educational and research processes, thereby contributing to the improvement of the quality of education in health and medical disciplines.

Shaima Ibrahim Taha is an assistant professor at Northern Technical University (NTU) and serves as the associate dean for administrative and financial affairs in the College of Health and Medical Technologies / Al-Dour – Department of Optometry. She holds a Ph.D. in Public Law / Criminal Law from the University of Tikrit. She possesses extensive academic and administrative experience in the legal field, having held various administrative and legal positions within the educational institution, which has given her a deep understanding of legislation and legal systems in the educational and administrative sectors. Her research interests focus on criminal law, anti-corruption, and modern legal legislation, and she seeks to use her expertise to promote legal awareness and improve institutional performance, thereby contributing to the academic and administrative environment.
