It is being launched for the first time at this level, with the aim of unifying university systems electronically and facilitating access to academic services and financial transactions.
Dear student, to receive your unified university ID card:
1. Download the Tabaal app.
2. Scan the QR code on the card to confirm receipt.
3. Take a selfie to verify your identity.
4. The card will be activated once your identity has been verified.
