The department’s academic programs aim to prepare highly qualified medical and health technicians, on par with those in developed countries, who are capable of supporting healthcare institutions and the community by meeting their needs for specializations in vision screening, visual acuity assessment, and strabismus correction, and who are qualified to work in eye hospitals and health centers.
