Exam schedule
College of Health and Medical Technologies/Dour
Please adhere to the exam schedule and the instructions outlined below:
- The student must frequently check the date and name of the subject to avoid any confusion regarding the names and dates of each subject.
- The exam will begin exactly at 9:00 AM.
- Mobile phones are strictly prohibited from being brought into the exam hall for any reason. Any violation will be considered an attempt to cheat. Mobile phones should be handed over at the ground floor of the Scientific Departments building, specifically at the administrative office of the Department of Physiotherapy Techniques, which has been designated as the reception area for mobile phones and is equipped with surveillance cameras.
- Books and study materials related to the exam subject are not allowed in the exam hall. All books and materials, including women’s handbags, should be submitted to the designated office in the administrative wing of the Department of Physiotherapy Techniques.
- Students are required to wear official attire during the exams. Any student not complying with the dress code will not be allowed to enter the exam hall.
- Students must present their university ID every day in the exam hall until the end of the exams.
- In the event of an official holiday on the exam day, the exam will be rescheduled to a date after the conclusion of the exams, but the schedule will remain unchanged.
- Students must sit at the designated seat according to the seating chart posted on the door of the exam hall.
- If a student is found cheating or attempting to cheat in any subject, they will be expelled and considered failed in all subjects.
