
Exam schedule
College of Health and Medical Technologies/Dour


Please adhere to the exam schedule and the instructions outlined below:
- Students should check the date and name of the course repeatedly to avoid confusion regarding the names and dates of each course.
- The exam starts at 9 a.m. sharp.
- Mobile phones are not allowed in the exam hall for any reason whatsoever. Doing so will be considered an attempt to cheat. Mobile phones must be handed in on the ground floor of the academic building, specifically in the administrative wing of the Physical Therapy Department, where an office equipped with surveillance cameras has been designated for receiving mobile phones.
- Books and notebooks related to the exam subject are not allowed in the exam hall. All such items, along with women’s bags, must be handed in to the designated office in the administrative wing of the Physical Therapy Department.
- You have to wear your uniform when taking exams, and if you don’t, you won’t be allowed into the exam room.
- Students must show their university ID every day in the exam hall until the end of the exams.
- If there is a public holiday on the day of the exam, the exam will be postponed until after the end of the exams and the schedule will remain unchanged.
- Adhere to the seat assigned to each student according to the seating chart posted on the door of the exam hall.
- If a student is proven to have cheated or attempted to cheat in one subject, they will be expelled and considered to have failed all subjects.
